We continued our journey to Boston and were blessed to break our stay at Boston's beautiful Charles Hotel. The Charles Hotel is an interesting and beautiful hotel and if you haven't guessed a personal favorite of DrTranquility. The Charles Hotel, located on where else...Harvard Square in Cambridge. It boasts wonderful outdoor cafes and bars, great restaurants such as, Henrietta's Porch the outdoor cafe' to Henrietta Table both offering amazingly fresh cuisine. The Rialto Restaurant, Italian restaurant is incredible and creative and as someone who has eaten her way through Tuscany,studied and knows her Italian cuisine I can tell you there will be no regrets once you dine here!
Finally if it's jazz you love...you won't want to miss out on the opportunity to "lounge out" at the Regatta Bar, the world famous jazz spot, or take in the nightlife at Noir, top of my to do list from now on whenever I am in the Boston, that and of course ice skate, yes they have their own rink. One of the reasons The Charles is a popular destination, and has been for over the last 25 years, is the impeccable service by the staff. In fact everyone from former President Bill Clinton and Senator Hillary Clinton, Barbara Streisand, his Holiness the Dalai Lama, and even Ben Affleck enjoy this amazing hotel.
The great talent of The Charles Hotel and what makes it so popular is it's unique ability to create a feeling of an upscale boutique hotel's intimacy within such a massive space. There is something for everyone at The Charles.

We continued our walk about to Las Vegas just in time for NEW YEAR"S EVE!
For Relax,Refresh,Renew we decided it was time for another DrTranquility Wellness Walk, So we headed to Las Vegas. Yes we are about wellness and relaxation...wait for it...and with that in mind we popped just off the strip to a chic hotel called M Resort and to Spa Mio.
Sarah Chatley, Aesthetician Is an amazing healer. I experiences several treatments with the amazing Sarah from wraps and scrubs to enriching and nourishing facials. This is the woman you want for your treatments and we all know DrTranquility is a true spa girl! While I had a few varied treatments with Sarah the one thing I did not have an opportunity to enjoy with Sarah was a massage. I was blessed to have a massage however with Daniella Barajas and it was a truly wonderfully relaxing experience. In fact I would go so far as to rate my experience at Spa Mio with My Rose Ritual experience at the Dorchester Spa in Mayfair,UK at the Dorchester Hotel, and my Watsu experience at the Pura Vida Retreat in Costa Rica...amazing! The M Resort is different from the hotels on the strip in that it is the Las Vegas residents choice. While at even at maximum occupancy it offers a reprieve from the frenetic hotels on the strip. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff is friendly with out being affected. Your entire experience will be tranquil, and relaxing...this is not to suggest you won't have fun. 
There are some great concerts and events at the M resort, the gaming areas are amazing, and Friday nights are ladies nights so...why not try a Mojito while your there. I know I am always touting the benefit of Restveritol, then you must pop into the hostile grape a truly unique & fun wine bar and experience keep it red for restveritol!
Now onto my second most favorite part of my wellness walk, the food! The food 
at the M resort is incredible! This is a must dine amazing cuisine and it just keeps coming! All in all my experience at the M Resort was one of my favorites in Las Vegas. I encourage you to visit f you are looking for a slightly different holiday destination or simply to get away!
